Hours begin when the doors open to the user group, and end when the doors close (the user group must pay and allow for time for arrival, setup, evacuation, etc.)  Evacuation of the facility (making sure everyone is out) is the responsibility of the user group- not the custodian.

Group I: School or SCUSD related use
E.g., faculty/staff, school advisory councils, school sponsored clubs and student body organizations.
Group II: Organized community groups for conducting youth activities
E.g., DCSCO, Scouts, Booster clubs.
Group III: Community groups who do not charge an admission or participation fee
E.g., senior citizen groups, City recreation department sponsored youth programs and youth sports leagues.
Group IV: Community organizations who charge an admission or participation fee
E.g., Industrial adult sports leagues, entertainment, community meetings.
Group V: Private businesses and all other organizations using facilities for not-for-profit activities
E.g., employee meetings or employee athletic activities.

Custodial Fees

$25 per hour if the custodian is on duty;
$40 per hour if overtime is required.
Overtime is required for all events lasting more than one hour, since this requires the custodian to work overtime to fulfill his/her regular daily duties.
